I started a diet yesterday, yay!

From now on I’m eating smaller portions, healthier food, and exercising :) 

I already dropped 2 lbs, I probably will maintain or gain from today then tomorrow I’ll lose again (because right now I’m doing an every-other-day work out to give my body enough time to recover; once it becomes more adapted to working out I’ll start working out everyday)

The burn reminds it’s worth it :)

27 inch waist goodbye, 24 inch waist here I come!
